"I have been with State Farm for 2 years. They have great rate. The day I have called to cancel my condo policies and 1 car on my policy. The customer went from OK to horrible real quick. The customer service was poor. They was also mad because I called the regional office to finish the work. horrible service. Now Allstate all the way"

"Making mistakes about payment several times. Also, I sent them certifications several time but they still said they hadn't received it. It made my insurance canceled for several days. And I have to send all the documents all over again."

"Unprofessional, her emails are poorly formatted, don't include punctuation. Even the greeting on her voicemail isn't proper English. She doges calls, never responds to emails. She just wants your payment. Doing everything online because this has just been a hassle."
